This User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") regulates the relations between Marketing Business Support LLC (hereinafter - the "Copyright Holder") and the Internet user (hereinafter - the "User") arising from the use of the HiveClient service, designed for single sign-on and centralized access to various services in the BigBee ecosystem (including BigBee CRM and others).

By using the HiveClient service and related BigBee ecosystem services, the User unconditionally agrees to this Agreement. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the services.

To get access to the full functionality of the service, the User is obliged to complete the registration procedure. The User agrees to provide genuine and complete information about themselves.

The User is responsible for the security of their password and all actions performed in the service under their account.

The User agrees to use the HiveClient service and other BigBee ecosystem products exclusively for lawful purposes and not to perform actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the services or the rights of third parties.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Copyright Holder does not guarantee that the service will meet the User's requirements or operate uninterruptedly and without errors.

All rights to the design, source code, databases, and other elements of the HiveClient service and related products belong to the Copyright Holder and are protected by intellectual property laws.
