Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”, I give my consent to Limited Liability Company “Marketingovoe soprovozhdenie biznesa” (Marketing Business Support) (MSB LLC, TIN 01806201410157, legal address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Alamudun district, Ozernoe village, Aulnaya St., 29, the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the terms below.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, depersonalisation, deletion and destruction — with or without automation.

The consent is valid from registration (or the first sign-in with Google, Apple, Meta) until the account is deleted and for 3 years thereafter, unless the law requires longer storage.

I may withdraw the consent by writing to [email protected], [email protected] or by letter to the Operator’s address. The Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 calendar days, except data it must keep by law. After withdrawal, the BigBee account can no longer be used.

By ticking “I agree to the processing of personal data…” at registration or by continuing to sign in with Google, Apple or Meta, I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and give this consent electronically. The date, time and document version are stored in my account.
