1.General provisions
This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the single BigBee account (hiveclient.bigbee.su) and of BigBee ecosystem products — BeeCRM, BeeBooking, BeeStock, BeeWork, BeeBoard, BeeEstate and others (the “Platform”) — is processed and protected.
The Policy is based on the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” and other legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The personal data operator is Limited Liability Company “Marketingovoe soprovozhdenie biznesa” (Marketing Business Support) (MSB LLC, trademark BigBee), TIN 01806201410157, legal address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Alamudun district, Ozernoe village, Aulnaya St., 29, office address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Sverdlov district, Lermontov St., 2.
2.Data we process
- first and last name, username;
- e-mail address and phone number;
- when signing in with Google, Apple or Meta — the account ID, e-mail and profile photo provided by that service;
- information about the user’s companies, branches, positions and roles;
- IP address, device and browser data, cookies, sign-in and activity logs;
- payment information: amount, date, status, masked card number;
- data the user enters into the products (clients, bookings, deals, etc.) — processed on behalf of the user’s company.
3.Purposes
- registration and sign-in to the single account and BigBee products;
- conclusion and performance of the Public offer, accepting payments and making refunds;
- technical support and notifications about services, subscription terms and payments;
- account security and fraud prevention;
- compliance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, including accounting and tax;
- marketing messages — only with separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
4.Legal grounds
- the data subject’s consent given at registration or when signing in with Google, Apple or Meta;
- performance of the agreement (offer) to which the user or their company is a party;
- requirements of the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5.Payment data
Payments by Visa, Mastercard and Elcart cards are made on the secure payment page of O!Bank OJSC with 3D Secure authentication.
Card data (number, expiry date, CVV/CVC) is entered only on the bank’s page. The operator does not receive or store it; the bank only reports the result, amount, date and masked card number. The bank processes card data under its own rules and payment system requirements.
6.Storage and protection
The operator applies organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: encrypted connections, access control, logging and backups.
Data is kept while the account exists and for 3 years after its deletion, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. for payment documents).
7.Disclosure to third parties
The operator does not sell personal data. Data is shared only to the extent necessary:
- with O!Bank OJSC — to process card payments and refunds;
- with BigBee ecosystem products the user signs in to and companies that invited the user;
- with hosting and e-mail providers processing data on the operator’s behalf under confidentiality obligations;
- with public authorities — where required by law.
When signing in with Google, Apple or Meta, data is also processed by those companies under their own rules, including outside the Kyrgyz Republic.
8.Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
- demand correction, blocking or destruction of incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unlawfully obtained data;
- withdraw your consent;
- request deletion of your account and data (see “Data deletion”);
- complain to the authorised state body for personal data protection or to a court.
Requests are sent to [email protected] or [email protected] and handled within the time limits set by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10.Changes
The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page; its date is shown at the top.
